Empire Row is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no server, no ads and no tracking. We don't collect any information about you or how you play.
The game doesn't connect to the internet to play.
Empire Row keeps a small amount of data locally so you can pick up where you left off:
This data never leaves your device through the game. Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes it.
Empire Row is built with the Unity engine. Unity's analytics, crash reporting, performance reporting and hardware statistics are all turned off, so the engine doesn't send data to Unity either.
If you test Empire Row through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share with us the crash reports, screenshots and feedback you choose to submit, along with the details TestFlight shows developers (such as the email you were invited with). That is handled by Apple under the TestFlight terms; see Apple's privacy policy. We use it only to fix problems and improve the game.
The current version has no in-app purchases. If a future version adds one, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
This website (anchorpoint-software.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't set cookies and isn't connected to the game, so nothing you do on this site is linked to your play.
Empire Row is not directed at children under 13. The game doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
