A two-week calendar digest. See what's coming, how heavy your week looks, and where the free time is — all on-device, no data shared.
Notify me at launch Privacy PolicyBriefday reads your iOS calendar and turns the next 14 days into a structured digest. See load at a glance — Free, Light, Moderate, or Heavy — and spot where you have room to breathe.
No AI, no backend, no account. Everything runs on your device using your existing calendar data. Nothing leaves your phone.
See the next two weeks laid out as day cards — date, event count, and a load badge. Know instantly which days are packed and which ones are open.
Days are scored automatically: Heavy (5+ events or 4+ hrs), Moderate, Light, or Free. A summary strip surfaces your busiest day, lightest day, and free block count at the top.
Briefday flags days where meetings stack up with less than 15 minutes between them — configurable threshold so it matches how you actually work.
Automatically surfaces gaps of 1+ hour within your work hours. See where you can actually get something done — without counting manually.
Pulls birthdays and anniversaries from your iOS Birthdays calendar and flags event titles matching keywords like "birthday" or "anniversary" — so nothing slips by.
Calendar data is read locally via EventKit. No backend, no sync, no account. Your schedule is yours — Briefday never transmits it anywhere. One-time purchase, no subscription.

Briefday is built around a simple principle: your calendar is private. The app reads your calendar data on-device to generate your digest and never sends that data anywhere. No account, no backend, no cloud.
Briefday requests access to your iOS calendar using Apple's EventKit framework. This access is used solely to read upcoming events (titles, times, and durations) from the calendars you choose to include. Calendar data is processed on-device and is never transmitted to any server.
Briefday also reads your iOS Birthdays calendar (if permission is granted) to surface upcoming birthdays and anniversaries in your digest. This data is handled the same way — on-device only.
You can revoke calendar access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.
Briefday stores the following data locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device.
Briefday can send a weekly digest reminder at a day and time you configure. These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device using iOS local notifications. No notification tokens or device identifiers are sent to any server.
Briefday is available as a one-time purchase processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user ID — no personal or calendar information is shared. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
Briefday uses no advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or third-party tracking services.
Briefday is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
